We went to Lynx AC after a friend who had also used them previously had had a good experience. The Sales/Advisor turned up in days and after discussion on our requirements provided a quote in days. I had a few follow on questions and he answered then via email. Deposit paid and install date set (nice to get a reminder a week ahead). Installation was carried out in consultation with us (e.g. indoor unit and potential conflict with a door. Outdoor unit, which orientation did we want, as it was going in a corner). Help with the app' and an unhurried post-installation explanation and Q&A session. Gosh what a difference it makes to the bedroom at night, in this heatwave! I cannot fault Lynx AC from my initial enquiry to installation - thank you

I have installed an MVHR system as part of an extensive bungalow retrofit. Lynx AC specified and designed the system, then commissioned after I did the installation.
