Always so friendly and helpful, I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else!

Been boarding my dog here for a few years now. This is an excellent kennel, amazing value for money, everybody is so friendly and make my dog feel at home. Staff are total animal lovers. My dog is always happy when I pick her up. I can't recommend enough!

Dogs here are cared for by some amazing people. The kennels are kept tidy and clean.

My 2 boys have been going here for years, and love it. Jane and the team are so friendly. My dogs are getting older now, so they go into the 'old boys' area due to arthritis etc. Added peace of mind knowing that the team care and make provisions for each dog. Also had great advice from Becky about joint care for my boys.....its working a treat (Looking at the photo, maybe I should start calling the boys Yin and Yang!)

Absolutely brilliant place, staff excellent caring and very knowledgeable, really took the time and care to help my very reactive dog sadly now over rainbow Bridge, they gained his confidence and until he got to know them would only let certain staff handle him, would highly recommend them.

Can't recommend enough. Recently used a couple of times for Otto, and they have been amazing, really showing care and attention to him. Otto loves going and almost doesn't want to come home.

This is a great kennel for your pet. I've been using this place for a few years now. Never been turned away, always available and ready to help. Very competitive prices and our dog seems to love it too. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a kennel.

We left our GSD with Alexiane for a week. We picked her up today and she seemed very happy and well cared for. The staff are friendly and we would definitely use them again.

Ava had a great time at day boarding today, it's not often she passes out for bed time at 6pm! Staff were so lovely and friendly, made me feel very comfortable leaving my dog with them and feel safe knowing Ava will be looked after when I need to go away 😊

Storm has stayed here twice now and he loves it! His first time was last October for 10 days and he’s just been for a 5 day stay this last week. On both occasions he’s returned home looking happy,healthy and very well looked after. It was so important for us to find a trustworthy kennel after having a terrible experience with our previous dog which contributed to her death 5 months later. Storm will be a regular boarder at Alexiane. We can’t thank them enough for looking after Storm. Highly recommended.
